  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Our orders are currently shipped to the US and Canada only. If you're outside of the US and Canada, please contact us directly before placing an order!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are usually shipped 7-10 business days from date of sale - we only ship to the USA and Canada at this time.

    ***If you pre-ordered an item, your item, along with any other items in the same order, will be shipped on the date specified.***

  • What's your commission policy?

    COMMISSION POLICY AND REFUNDS: First off, I appreciate your interest! Commissions are special, and I want to budget time in order to make you a one-of-a-kind piece just for you. That’s why the following section is so important, so please read through this carefully before securing a commission slot.

    Commission openings will be announced on my main site and DeviantArt - payment in full will be required up front, so serious inquiries only, please!

    Please limit the number of characters in your commission to no more than three – if you want additional characters, contact me before securing a slot. There may be an additional charge for additional characters.

    I have the right to refuse a commission request or terminate a commission at any point and time. I may take requests for “cheesecake” pin-ups (please ask me first!), but please do not ask for “adult” content (such as porn, ultra-violence, or something that’s just plain hateful). If I terminate a commission after you have rendered payment, please see the Commission Refund policy.

    Commissions may take 3-5 weeks from date of purchase to complete, but I’ll do my best to give you updates after the initial sketch when I hit certain milestones (rough, inking, final). If you need this sooner than 5 weeks, contact me first before securing a commissions slot – there may be an additional fee for a rush job! Commissioners have the opportunity to request revisions once the initial rough sketch has been submitted for approval - no other revisions will be made after this.

    If this is a digital artwork commission, I will send you a preview image before I send the final work to print. I can make color revisions ONLY at this time. If this is a handmade artwork commission, no other revisions can be made after the work is finished – I will send a preview before shipping, though. Ultimately, I want to make you happy with the art you’ve asked me to do, so please feel free to ask me questions!

    Finished commissions will be posted in my portfolio for display. Since these commissions are one-of-a-kind, I do not sell other prints of the commission without the commissioner’s approval. I ask that if you want to show off that awesome commission yourself, please link me so your friends can find me, and let me know so I can see it too!

    For commissions for commercial/professional use, please contact me directly before securing a commission slot. There are some special details I’d like to discuss first!

    Lastly, commission refunds (as stated above): After the final piece has been shipped, I will not issue a refund. If a commission is terminated, I will issue a partial refund of 50% of the commission price, even if the commissioner is the one who terminates the job.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
